Agencies will use the same route packages, canonical facts and audit trail as individual applicants, with organisations, client invitations, reviewer queues and billing on top — never a second application engine.

There is no agency product to sign up for. This page exists so the boundary is documented rather than promised in a sales deck.
Already built, and shared with the agency product
- Versioned, immutable route packages with their own rules, mappings and tests.
- One canonical fact model with field-level provenance and correction history.
- Deterministic consistency checks that name the rule and version behind each finding.
- An application-scoped deletion workflow with a receipt.
- A server-side event ledger that carries no applicant values.
Deliberately not built yet
- Organisations, memberships and reviewer roles.
- Client invitations, consent scoping and branded intake.
- Assignment queues, reminders and batch status actions.
- Client billing, credit ledger and agency analytics.
These entities exist in the data model so adding them will not require a schema rewrite. Read the route coverage page for what is actually supported today.
